"I would not waste my time with this group. State Farm collected premiums from me for a long time and when a speeding ticket(by a teen) and a minor accident(by an adult) less than 3000 happened, they decided to drop us. What’s the purpose of paying for insurance if you get dropped the first time something minor happens? All the premiums I’ve paid over time should have well covered either of the incidents. Insurance is a rip off. Unfortunately, I studied to be an agent and passed the exams but couldn’t morally be a part of a group so crooked."

"Although the agent has supplied good customer service, I have to give this the lowest rate due to the actions and ineptitude of the State Farm claims department. I have had to micro manage this entire claim for an entire month. Yes boy to be lowballed by $100 of the lowest estimate. I initially stayed with State Farm after a move because of their reputation. They are not what they use to be. Geico has superior customer service, coverage and at lower rates."

"Steve Franz State Farm Trussville office continued billing Wells Fargo Mortgage an entire year for homeowners after they were notified that we had changed to SafeCo. Over $2300 in premiums.They were notified but continued billing Wells Fargo Mortgage. STATE FARM was notified by SafeCo and by us, the policy holders. Now we have to file a formal complaint with the State Farm Corporate Office. If any one uses this agent in Trussville, check your policies carefully, had my escrow not been short and not have the money for my fire dues it would have been overlooked. We have been trying to get reimbursed for over a month now that WE discovered STATE FARM STEVE FRANZ error. Absolutely no help. They claim to make phone calls, but never return our calls because they don't have the answers."
